About Us

What We Believe

Jesus Christ Our King

Hamburg Pike church of Christ exalts Jesus Christ as King, whom the Father has given all authority in heaven and on earth. He is the Savior of His one body, the church. We want to please Him and glorify Him by keeping Him front and center in all that we say and practice, both as individual disciples and as a congregation. And to glorify the Son is to glorify the Father (Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 5:23; 2 Corinthians 5:12; Colossians 3:1-4; 2 Peter 3:18 John 17:1).

As His church, our desire is that everyone comes to know Him. For that reason, let us look in every book of the New Testament and learn something about Jesus through an unexhausted list of His various roles, titles and descriptions.
